Recycle4Haiti Foundation Inc. is a disaster recovery organization established in 2010 after the devastating earthquake in Haiti. Recycle4Haiti Foundation inc., is 501c3 tax deductible organization. Our mission is to provide green jobs and humanitarian aid in the form of health, education, and emergency supplies. Our volunteers are responsible for collecting and sorting recyclables from residents of Tallahassee. If you're not in Tallahassee, don't worry, we are looking for self-starters that can plan fundraising campaigns/events or collections drives among their friends, families, peers or colleagues. Drives may be held at home, at your school or at your workplace. Every funds raised or collected will go directly towards aiding survivors of natural disasters overseas.

Since 2010, a total of 725,608 cholera cases and 8,813 deaths were reported in Haiti according to the United Nations.
Waterborne illnesses and access to safe drinking water represent an ongoing challenge throughout the country. Many watersheds are impaired and groundwater becomes less reliable due to waste contamination. The personal filter produce up to 1,000 liters (264 gallons) of clean water. By providing personal filters to families it will eliminate cholera transmission/prevent it to occur and save lives.
